What counts as a "user"?
Anyone who can read or write issues. Read-only public viewers (e.g. customer-facing roadmap pages) do not count.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Anytime. We pro-rate the difference automatically.
Where is my data hosted?
In the EU. All FerrTrack data lives in EU-region infrastructure, under EU jurisdiction. No cross-Atlantic data transfers in the default configuration.
